How to stand out as a buyer when purchasing a home in Florida

Are you in the process of trying to buy a home in Florida?

Today, we’re discussing how you can stand out as a buyer and ultimately get what you want.

Here are three ways you can stand out among other people who are trying to buy the house you want:

1. Put down a larger escrow deposit. This shows you are serious, and sets you apart from the rest. It shows you are committed to your offer. 

2. Lower your inspection period. Typically, in the past, it was customary to have perhaps a 14-day inspection period. Now, we are advising that you lower that to about a 7-day inspection period. Check out our Instagram page to see more videos on this! @contemporarymortgage
