To make the loan process as smooth as possible, have the following documents ready:
- Photo ID – A valid driver's license or government-issued ID.
- Pay Stubs – Covering recent 30 day period.
- W-2s – From most recent 2 years, to verify your income history.
- Bank Statements – Most recent 2 months for all accounts planning to use for funds to close (All pages)
- Additional Documents (If Applicable) – This may include tax returns (for self-employed and non W-2 income), retirement income statements, divorce decree, real estate owned (copy of recent mortgage statements) or other financial documents depending on your loan type, etc...
