About Nancy Pitt
Nancy relocated from Pennsylvania to Florida in 1983. That is when she found her niche and love of the mortgage business. Throughout her career, she has worked for a builder and several mortgage banking companies in various capacities of processing, underwriting and originating mortgage loans.
Her varied background has enabled her to assist clients in purchasing or refinancing their home. Her knowledge has helped her become a trusted advisor with her client’s best interest at heart. She explains all phases of the mortgage process from prequalification through closing so her clients have a better understanding of one of the biggest transactions they will make.
