Eddie was born in Philadelphia, PA. Seven years later, his family moved to San Juan, Puerto Rico. At 19 he joined the United States Army for four years before moving to Orlando in 1982. Eddie's time in Puerto Rico allowed him to become fluent in Spanish, enabling him to serve a diverse range of clients throughout Florida. Eddie and his family — a wife of 40+ years and daughter — have lived in Central Florida ever since.

Eddie began his career as a real estate agent from 1986 to 1989 before becoming a licensed mortgage lender and opening Orlando Financial Center in 1990. As President of OFC, he served the lending needs of builders, real estate brokers, associates, and individual home buyers for over 30 years.

Eddie has deep expertise in new purchases, refinancing, and new home construction loans. His knowledge of all facets of real estate makes him uniquely qualified to act in the best interest of his customers. He is well-respected in the lending community and is widely regarded as an expert in his field.
